Lassila & Tikanoja (L&T) specializes in environmental
management and property and plant maintenance in the Baltic
region. Operations cover the whole of Finland, but these days
there is increasing activity in Finland’s neighbouring
areas in Russia, the Baltic countries and Sweden.
L&T looks after a property throughout its entire life
cycle. In the operating model the customers’ needs and
practical implementation of services are combined into a service
product. The company offers a wide range of services for properties

waste management and, by means of networking, catering and
